A work of art

I love decorating my home but it can be expensive so I try to look for simple and inexpensive ideas. I saw a great idea for decorating my little boys room at one of my fav blogs Childhood101, using children s artwork to create a masterpiece.

William loves to paint and he loves owls (don't ask me why, he just does) so I took one of his paintings and I cut it out to create an owl picture, added some patterned paper and framed it for him.

William absolutely loves it and so do I, it looks great sitting on his shelves in his room.
