it was my big sisters birthday this week and to celebrate turning another year older she had an entire day of crafting, tea drinking and eating with her lady friends and family.
these are THE BEST scones in the world made by my sisters mumsy-in-law with her secret ingredient - lemonade! not so secret anymore...
my wonderful mumma crocheting a blanket for herself which is highly unusual because she is always making something for somebody else.
i made a paper heart wreath...
i came across the idea for the wreath here...
i used double sided card and cut them into long strips...
bring the ends together and staple them to make a heart shape...
then i arranged them into a circle and used double sided tape to stick them all together...
now all i need to do is add some ribbon to the top and hang them (i made two) on my bedroom wall.
