It is so lovely to have our own space again. It has been great staying with family and catching up on time together that we missed out on last year while we were overseas but there is nothing like having your own place to stretch out in and to make a mess in!
The unpacking has begun. It is a little stop start at the moment as I take time out to sit and put my feet up. The boxes have made it into the house and have been set aside in the corner and there they will stay until I get around to opening them.
The beds are made, the clothes are away, the toys are out and the kettle and coffee machine have found there way to the kitchen bench and that is all we really need!
So please drop in for tea or coffee. We could enjoy the cool of the morning sitting on the veranda out the front or I could take you into our orchard and pick some fresh fruit for you, our mango tree is laden at the moment with juicy mango's. Or come late in the evening as the sun is setting over the lake turning the sky a beautiful shade of pink. We could swap our tea and cake for wine and cheese and enjoy the balmy summer evening. Doesn't that just sound lovely!
It must be so wonderful having your own space once again. I am sure the unpacking can wait while you take in the beauty that surrounds you :)
